The $6.3 Million Vicbred Program is the richest racing and breeding incentive program in Australasia.
In 2011/12 prizemoney totalling $6.3 Million will be distributed in Vicbred race stakemoney, Vicbred Win Bonuses and Vicbred Breeder Bonuses.
The Vicbred Program incorporates four elements
- Win Bonuses totalling $2.5 Million
- Super Series totalling $1.8 Million
- Vicbred Only races totalling $1 Million
- Breeder Bonuses totalling $1 Million
Vicbred race prizemoney and Vicbred Win Bonuses are shared equitably
- Owner 80%
- Trainer 5%
- Driver 5%
- Breeder 5%
- Stallion Nominator 5%
Vicbred Breeder Bonuses are paid wholly to the Breeder.
